Our team has been working with Sinclair Group, deploying our REALaftersales+ solution. Below is their feedback from the recent launches.
“We recently had the REALtime Communications (RTC) team with us at our JLR Swansea and Brecon sites deploying their REALaftersales+ solution. It was a great success, and we have had some fantastic feedback from the team.
Across our group, we had already started to move to digital aftersales within our VWG division, removing the paper job card and using digital tools in its place through RTC.
We have had a number of locations already complete that journey, and we were keen to continue that expansion across the group. With JLR Swansea, however, it was a different challenge as they weren’t an existing RTC user and had to be trained fully on the system from the ground up and on the full digital solution.
The RTC team were on site for a number of weeks, firstly completing a consultation and system network checks and then spending time with our Service Advisors, Technicians and Management Team on how to use the solution itself.
The RTC team were extremely helpful in that time, answering all our questions and making sure we were all set before leaving the site. We appreciated the support so much that we awarded Dave Forward (RTC Implementation Consultant) Employee of the Week for all his hard work – well done, Dave, and thank you again for your support.
We’re looking forward to our Aberystwyth and Ludlow locations going live later this year to continue our journey to fully digital aftersales.”
