The One Business Scorecard measures the performance of Volkswagen retailers across a variety of metrics in aftersales and new and used car sales. The market-leading nature of Murray Motor Group’s success is that the business is the only retailer to finish in the top 25 for the fifteen years the One Business Scorecard has been running.
The news that the firm has been recognised as the Top Dealer Group is something MD Kevin Murray reflected was ‘arguably the most significant.’
