Bumper and REALtime communications (RTC) have been working together to further develop the ‘pay now’ and ‘buy now, pay later’ integration between the two systems.
This helps dealers to increase their conversion of repair work identified as part of an eVHC as a result of the new faster service.
Using Bumper’s API integration, RTC connect both payment options from the customers’ eVHC directly to the Bumper platform, meaning customer information and invoice amount can be pre-populated, and the outcome of the transaction is automatically updated within RTC.
This integration enables a more convenient way for customers to pay online, either in full or in instalments (depending on the dealership setup with Bumper), while saving the dealer huge amounts of time and helping to boost conversion of repair work.
