Real Time Communications and IHS Markit have been working together to deliver improved lead management processes between the two systems.
Today, Volkswagen Group (VWG) dealers have a number of manual tasks to complete to generate aftersales prospect and reminder information and pass it from CFA (an IHS Markit platform) to Real Time Communications, ready to be contacted through our Outbound Contact Manager solution.
Together with the support of VWG, we are pleased to announce an all-new integration between the two businesses that enables leads to be automatically passed, saving the dealer time and increasing data accuracy of the leads thanks to the removal of manual intervention.

The VWG network are currently being contacted about the new feature by IHS Markit, and work is underway to get them set up and ready to go by the REALtime Communications team. The aim is to have all eligible dealers live on the integration as soon as possible.
