At RTC we recognise that as we learn to live with social distancing, we must all adapt to new ways of undertaking business. Consumers will be much more cautious when interacting with service providers and may have concerns around entering the dealership and interacting face-to-face, despite all the measures dealers are putting in place. 

To support the requirements of social distancing, our development team have delivered a new online self check-in solution for dealers using RTC. In addition to our existing iPad self check-in solution this new iteration allows customers to remotely check their vehicle in for a booked service or repair appointment using their own device and from the comfort of their own home. Clients using the full RTC suite of products will now be able to send their customers a securely encrypted link, via SMS and/or email. Customers click this link on their mobile device or PC which takes them directly to your branded self check-in page. Along with the secure encrypted link we have built in a further level of security, which will require the customer to enter their post code or registration number to verify their identity and proceed to check in. 

To support our customers at this difficult time, we are pleased to offer this solution Free of Charge through to the end of 2020. Thereafter it will only cost £25 plus VAT per rooftop per month.
