One of the highlights from 2019 was the confirmation (subject to certification) of our membership of the CDK Global Partner Programme. This applies to both RTC Aftersales and to CloseIt for vehicle sales.

RTC has had a long partnership with CDK (formerly ADP/Kerridge), involving interfaces to allow us to read and write back directly into the DMS database for Autoline. The Partner Programme will allow us to do the same for their latest version “Drive” and will also include CloseIt for the first time.

This newer technology interface also has the potential to improve our existing integration considerably and, ultimately when fully rolled out, the Partner Programme will also include European, Middle East and African markets.

They believe that collaboration is the key to unlocking opportunity, and therefore created the Partner Programme to meet evolving consumer demands, and coordinate technology to help dealers deliver seamless customer journeys.

By working with these ‘Approved Partners’, it will allow dealers to maximise the technology available to them and provide the best possible customer experience – from sales to service.
