Job Purpose

Reporting to the Implementation Team Leader and working as part of a small team, as well as independently, responsibilities include install, training and successful deployment of the RTC suite of products into new clients as well as providing support for existing client expansion and training needs.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Support the analysis process to ensure the solution is configured to fit the client’s needs
  • Asses and align training needs and requirements within the dealerships sales and aftersales departments
  • Training dealership sales and aftersales staff on all aspects of the solution before go-live
  • Post go-live hand holding for dealership teams.
  • Trouble shooting support issues in conjunction with Support Team.
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure system is set-up and configures correctly prior to deployment.
  • Manage tasks and actions in conjunction with the project team from initial GAP analysis through to client sign off.
  • Provide onsite support to Product & Release Teams during pilot phase of new release.
  • Provide onsite support to the Support Team upon request
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted during and at the end of implementations
  • Collaborate with team members to assist each other during implementation phase
  • Ensure world class training is delivered consistently, measured in the form of customer satisfaction surveys post implementations.
  • Identify and assist in the dealerships internal process improvement within customer locations
  • Be professional, organised and always represent the company in the best way possible
