To ensure client retention through professional diligence in meeting the needs of the client, maintaining customer satisfaction through promotion of best practise and demonstrating value our products add to their business, and continually seeking to generate new business within our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Manage multiple accounts, develop positive working relationships with all contacts
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to new customers
  • Work closely with Senior Account Manager to develop and maintain account plans that contain the strategies and action plans to maximise the value of all assigned accounts
  • Support the Senior Account Manager in the preparation of operational and strategic reviews and attend meetings as requested
  • Ensure all assigned clients receive at least two site visits per year
  • Provide ad hoc training to clients or wider team members when requested
  • Feedback to Senior Account Manager service delivery concerns along with recommendations for solutions and improvements based on customer feedback and evidence
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all client administration including developing and managing account plans, meeting agenda’s, post visit write up, completion of any actions agreed, and proactive scheduling of client review meetings
  • Provide deputation for the Senior Account Manager where it is necessary for client service delivery
  • Proactively seek opportunities to increase product penetration and improve profitability
  • Ensure all business processes are always adhered to improve efficiency
  • Support delivery of all customer KPIs, including but not limited to customer numbers, revenue, and satisfaction
  • Work with other areas of the RTC Automotive Solutions, particularly where there is account crossover to develop relationships and improve the customers experience
  • Work closely with customer support team to ensure timely resolution of our clients’ issues
  • Work closely with our Senior Account Manager and Finance team on billing and credit control
  • Provide input on new products and services as needed
  • Maintains a high state of integrity and professionalism in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of this position
  • Be professional, organised and always represent the company in the best way possible
